Descripción:
Este seminario cubre la fuente de las obligaciones éticas y la regulación de las profesiones de la ingeniería y la agrimensura. Incluye la ley orgánica de la Junta Examinadora y la del Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (CIAPR). Se discutirá el procedimiento a seguir en casos disciplinarios. También la tipificación de delito de práctica ilegal en la profesión. Se cubrirá, además, la importancia de la cancelación de estampillas, y detalles de los 10 Cánones de Ética Profesional, sumado a las normas de práctica y su aplicación en la vida real, a través de la discusión de jurisprudencia y ejemplos.
El objetivo que perseguimos es que los ingenieros y agrimensores repasen los fundamentos de sus obligaciones éticas en un marco práctico para que ayuda a la hora de tomar decisiones en la práctica de sus profesiones.
