En esencia, liderazgo significa establecer metas, trazar un rumbo y convencer a otras personas para que lo sigan. Sin embargo, la responsabilidad va mucho más allá. Los líderes deben transmitir su mensaje de forma que inspire a otros a disfrutar al máximo el tiempo limitado que tienen. 

 

Durante este curso el estudiante aprenderá a negociar alianzas, contribuir al mejoramiento de sus colegas y alinear las ambiciones individuales con las necesidades de la organización.
